It was thus no surprise that Maher Shakarna , Owner and Head Chef of LaBasha Catering, would find interesting the wonderful colors that the traditional cuisine of the Holy Land had to offer. At an early age , he began paving the steps toward his culinary career. His love of the profession took him to Ireland , where he earned his degree in Culinary Arts from Dublin.He also earned degrees in Italian, French and German cuisine. LaBasha was established on a very basic principle - "every customer is special".Every dish would be prepared with the spirit needed to appease the eye.For Maher , his visitors were not customers ; they were family. Maher continues to elicit responses and advice from his customers to ensure that LaBasha grows into a name that offers the best at an affordable price. |
